40 litre fuel cell
Has 4 x AN-10 ports, foam inside and a sender unit for the fuel level
Made from polished aluminium
Size:
42.5cm x 42.5cm and 25cm tall
Working capacity approx. 25 litres. Always keep around 15 litres in the tank to prevent fuel starvation to the engine during high speed cornering, braking and acceleration.
Comes with the 2 blue blanking fittings shown
These need to be installed with a breather on the top with a check valve in case of rollover.
The fuel level sender stops about 1/3 from the bottom of the tank so when the fuel gauge shows empty the tank still contains enough fuel to prevent fuel starvation. During competition use never run the tank lower than this.
