This polished-aluminium fuel cell combines a 40-litre nominal tank, internal foam and a fuel-level sender in a compact square package. Four AN-10 ports give useful flexibility when designing the feed, return and breather connections.

Design details

The sender is intentionally positioned above the very bottom of the tank, leaving a fuel reserve when the gauge reaches empty. Two blanking fittings are supplied for unused ports.

On the car

It provides a compact fuel-storage package with built-in level monitoring for a correctly engineered installation.

Fitment notes

Mount the tank securely and install a suitable top breather with a rollover check valve. Use fuel-compatible hose and fittings, then leak-test the complete system.

Important: Never rely on nominal capacity as usable competition capacity. Maintain the required reserve to reduce fuel starvation during hard acceleration, braking and cornering.
