Mazda MX5 Mk2/Mk2.5 1.6 GT25/28 Turbo Exhaust Manifold + Downpipe + 200 Cell Sports Cat

Complete turbo exhaust manifold, downpipe and centrepipe package for the Mazda MX5 1.6, designed for flexible turbo fitment and high-performance builds.

• 1 x 1.6 turbo manifold
• 1 x head to manifold gasket
• 1 x manifold to turbo gasket
• 4 x manifold to turbo studs and nuts
• 1 x turbo to elbow gasket
• 5 x turbo to downpipe studs and nuts
• 2 x 2.5″ V-band clamps
• 1 x 2.5″ stainless downpipe
• 1 x 2.5″ stainless centrepipe with 200 cell sports cat (not pictured)
• 1 x 2.5″ stainless rear diff passing pipe
• 1 x 2.5″ gasket bolts

• Designed to run Garrett GT2860RS, GT2871R or any hybrid using the same dimensions
• Compatible with cheap eBay turbo versions, Nissan 200SX units with compressor adapters, Garrett GT2860/GT2871 and Disco Potato turbos
• Equal fitment flexibility for multiple turbo options
• 3mm-thick log type manifold capable of flowing over 300 BHP
• Downpipe features an M18 boss welded in for a wideband lambda sensor
• Downpipe connects to the standard exhaust just after the diff
• Includes 200 cell sports cat suitable for permanent use with correct mapping
• Recommended compatible turbos:
• GT2860RS journal bearing – spool approx. 2500RPM – ideal power 230 to 370BHP
• GT2860RS ball bearing – spool approx. 2200RPM – ideal power 230 to 370BHP
• GT2554R journal bearing – spool approx. 1800RPM – ideal power 170 to 270BHP
• GT2554R ball bearing – spool approx. 1500RPM – ideal power 170 to 270BHP

Vehicle Fitment: Mazda MX5 Mk2/2.5 1.6

Important Notes: GT2554R turbo options require an adapter piece for the turbo to intercooler pipe. The 200 cell sports cat can be run permanently as long as the car is mapped well and no features causing excessive flames, such as anti-lag, are used.
