Important fitment information
Important: 200 CPI sports catalyst. Requires the later two-bolt manifold flange. Cars with the earlier three-bolt flange can use this exhaust after installing the later manifold with the two-bolt flange. Fits the listed six-cylinder M52/M54 E46 models with manual or automatic gearboxes; excludes Compact. New for 2026, supplied with a replacement centre brace plate to allow the large 3″ pipe to pass over it, and rotating flanges on the manifold connection pipe. The shotgun tailpipes require the bumper to be cut. They can be fitted as supplied or cut to the preferred design.
Developed for 99–06 BMW 3-Series 320i/325i/330i (E46) with the 2.0/2.5/3.0 engine (M54/M52), this sports-cat section combines performance-oriented pipework with a catalytic core in an application-specific assembly.

Design details
Finished with 2.5″/63.5mm Shotgun tailpipes. A replacement centre-brace plate and rotating manifold flanges help the 3-inch system suit both M52 and M54 installations.
Important fitment information
Not compatible with Compact models. Installation requires the bumper to be cut for the additional outlet.
Confirm the manifold connection, flange pattern, sensor positions and adjoining pipe diameter before installation.
