This front lower ties bar fits all versions of the Ford Focus Mk2 except the ST225 or the RS where the gearbox gets in the way.
Fitting a lower tie bar helps to stop the chassis flexing while cornering, this increased chassis stiffness means the suspension is able to work from a more stable platform which in turn means increased cornering speeds and improved handling predictability.
This bar bolt to the existing bolts so there is no requirements to cut or weld the car.
