Important: 200 CPI sports catalyst. Only fits the listed 1994–96 NA 1.6/1.8 applications with the 440mm cat. Excludes earlier 1989–93 1.6 applications, the turbo variant and the 1997–98 1.8 135 hp model. Check cat length before ordering; K-Type coverage spans wider production years.
This 200-cell sports-cat section replaces the original catalyst section while retaining catalytic treatment.

Design details
The flanges are painted in a black VHT paint to prevent corrosion. The pipe is made from 10mm mild steel flanges with a 1.5mm mild steel tube and TIG welded joints, it comes complete with a pair of gaskets and a set of M8 nuts, bolts and washers and a pair of stickers.
Made from 2.5″ stainless steel this pipe is 440mm long, Mazda changed the length of the cat around 1994 and again in 1996 so make sure you have the 440mm version and not the 370mm one of the earlier cars.
