Mazda MX-5 NC FAFE Trackday Roadster Slim Bucket Seats 05-15

Vehicle-Specific Barbarian Racing Seat Package for Mazda MX-5 Mk3 NC 05-15

About the MX-5 NC Fitment

The NC MX-5 gives more cabin room than the earlier NA and NB cars, but seat position and roof clearance remain important in a small roadster. A supportive performance seat can improve both driver control and the sense of connection with the chassis.

Cabin and installation notes: Check lower width at the tunnel and door as well as shoulder and roof clearance. Taller seats and extended head restraints deserve particular attention on cars with a hardtop or where the driver sits high. Fixed-back seats suit focused cars; reclining options give more day-to-day flexibility.

Seat Model and Specification

FAFE Slim Fixed-Back Fibreglass Bucket Seat

The Barbarian Racing FAFE is designed around compact packaging. Its 48cm maximum lower width and 56cm maximum upper width make it one of the slimmer full-height seats in the range, while the black suedette trim and ribbed padding give it a more premium appearance than the brushed-felt models.

Why choose the FAFE? It is a strong option for MX-5s, small coupes and other tight cabins where every centimetre of tunnel, door and roof clearance matters, but where you still want a full fixed-back seat with an integrated head-restraint shape.
