This exhaust manifold fits the MINI R53 Cooper, Cooper S or the MINI One with the 1.6L engine – either NA or supercharged.

Design details

Uses a 200 CPI sports catalyst. On rare occasions we have found some engines have the 2 bolts in the centre of the head flange in slightly different locations.

Important fitment information

If you have one of these cars these holes will need to be elongated to allow fitment of the manifold.

4-into-1 design for optimum performance and has a 200 cell sports cat. The whole manifold has been TIG welded for strength and durability.
