Wideband AFR Gauge Kit
A wideband lambda sensor monitors the oxygen content in the exhaust gases and will tell you in the air/fuel mixture is correct in your engine.
Why is this important?
Getting the correct mixture can greatly effect the reliability of an engine, too lean and you risk detination and melting pistons, too rich and you can wash the bores along with other potential issues. Once fitted this gauge will allow you to monitor the gases in real time alerting you to potential issues.
If you are going to tune your car you should consider fitting one of these along with you first mods.
Everything for installation is supplied including a lambda sensor bung which will need to be welded to the exhaust (see instructions for positioning). The bung supplied is longer than in most of our competitors kits, this is to ensure the sensor doesn’t stick too far into the exhaust which can cause the lambda sensor to fail prematurely.
