Turbo Oil Drain AN-10 Weldless Sump Fitting + Fitting Kit

This is an aluminium flange that has been designed to be fitted to an engine sump without the need to remove the engine or weld. It has a male AN-10 size thread which can be used with AN-10 size Aeroquip type fittings.

Suggested applications are turbo conversions where the sump didn’t have a turbo oil return or for adding oil coolers.

To install this all you require is a flat area on the sump with a minimum size of 70mm x 30mm.

In the kit

1 x AN-10 Aluminium Flange
1 x Gasket
2 x M6 Caphead Bolts
2 x M6 Copper Sealing Washers
2 x M6 Rivnuts

Fitting

To fit this you need to drill the sump, and install the rivnuts. Then simply bolt on the flange using sealant on the gasket.
