High-Performance Oil Cooler Kit – Track, Turbo, and Drift Cars

This oil cooler kit is designed for vehicles that require extra cooling, including:

• Track cars running at high RPM

• Naturally aspirated (NA) cars converted to turbo

• Drift cars with limited front-end airflow

Prevent Engine Wear and Failure
Oil begins to lose its lubricating properties once it exceeds 300°F, leading to excessive engine wear and potential engine failure. This cooler helps maintain safe oil temperatures.

Important Notes:

• This kit does not feature a thermostat. Overcooling can also cause issues, so it is recommended to install an oil temperature gauge.

• The included sandwich plate features 2 x 1/8″ NPT ports, allowing installation of oil temperature and/or oil pressure gauges. Blanking plugs are supplied if needed.

Fitment Considerations:

• Ensure there is enough space to fit the sandwich plate under the oil filter and for the two fittings.

• Six fittings are supplied, though only four are required; the extras provide flexibility for different setups.

Complete Kit Includes:

• 1 x Black 25-Row Mocal Style Cooler

• 2.5m Stainless Steel Braided AN10 Hose (cut to length as needed)

• 2 x 90° Aeroquip Type Fittings

• 2 x 45° Aeroquip Type Fittings

• 2 x Straight Aeroquip Type Fittings

• 1 x Sandwich Plate (colors may vary)

• 2 x 1/8″ NPT Bungs

• 1 x HKS Oil Filter

Installation Notes:

• 2.5m of stainless steel braided hose can be cut to the required length. Use a cutting disc or angle grinder.

• If you haven’t fitted Aeroquip-type fittings before, it’s recommended to watch instructional videos before installation.

• Mounting brackets for the cooler are not included; you will need to fabricate brackets based on your preferred mounting location.

This kit is ideal for ensuring consistent oil temperatures and optimal engine performance under demanding conditions.
